IIC AG stands not only for the production of high-quality food packaging, but also for vision and responsibility. As part of our social commitment, we regularly support numerous regional and national projects. “We are very pleased to support the social and youth center Breisacher Hof and thus children and young people from our neighborhood,” says Wolfgang Walk (CEO IIC AG).
The “Breisacher Hof” is located in a former barracks complex in the Mooswald-Ost district of Freiburg, less than 300 meters from IIC AG’s headquarters. The services offered by Breisacher Hof are aimed in particular at children, young people, families, adults and senior citizens from this neighborhood and from neighboring residential areas with predominantly municipal housing.
“The people who visit our facility often have an increased need for advice, support and guidance due to their life situation, which is why we are very pleased – especially in these special times – about the donation from IIC AG,” says Mr. Fandrey, head of the Breisacher Hof Social and Youth Center.

With the support of IIC AG, two projects could be promoted at the Breisacher Hof:
- For several years, there has been a music and rap project in the children’s and youth center Flash, where young people can produce their own songs in a self-built recording studio. In order to give young people the opportunity to present their songs in the future, a lighting system is to be installed in the youth center. For this purpose, an appropriate truss can be purchased through the support of the IIC AG.
- In the Breisacher Hof after-school care center, the children can usually only eat in stages due to the small kitchen. Thanks to the support of IIC AG, it is now possible to purchase an industrial dishwasher, which represents a considerable improvement for the practice.
